Welcome to my About page! My name is Madeline Kirby, and in March, 2015, I published my first novel – the currently unavailable “Just That Easy”. I have been writing for decades, but it was only about eight years ago that I found my niche.

I always have more stories in the works, in various states of planning and/or completion. Check out my Works in Progress page to see what I’m working on now! I can’t wait to finish the next one and get it out there.

I live in Houston, Texas, where my Jake & Boo series is set. I try to capture the feel of my neighborhood in those stories, although we don’t really have magical squirrels or anything like that (as far as I know).
